What can I expect from a trial lesson?

Every new student can book a free 25-minute trial. Complete it before requesting a lesson package. The trial is a relaxed, interactive session to see how we can work towards your goals. We will: Get to know each other and discuss your primary reasons for learning Thai Assess your current language level and identify your unique learning style Experience a short, hands-on mini-lesson using our interactive materials (slides, games, or flashcards) Outline a tailored learning roadmap suited to your schedule and goals Answer any questions you have about our packages and lesson structure

How many times can I cancel or reschedule a class?

Each package includes up to three free cancellations or reschedules. Your written quote confirms which changes qualify, how the 24-hour notice rule applies and what happens after the allowance. Contact Fern before requesting a change if you need clarification.

What happens if I miss a class or cancel late?

Your written quote explains whether the free-change allowance covers late cancellations and when a lesson credit is deducted. Contact Fern before changing a booking if your package rules need clarification.

What if the teacher has an emergency and needs to cancel?

If I ever need to cancel a class due to an emergency, the missed session will be rescheduled at a time convenient for you at no extra charge.

What happens in a paired/group lesson if one student cannot join?

The session will proceed as scheduled and count as a completed lesson for both students. However, the absent student will be provided with the lesson materials so they can catch up later.

How do I make a payment?

After your trial, request a package and review the written quote in your dashboard. It states the amount, transfer fees and validity. Accept it to see your private Wise or SWIFT payment instructions; Fern can also send these by email. After paying, submit the transaction reference in your dashboard or email Fern a receipt with unnecessary bank details hidden. You can follow the payment check and package activation from your dashboard.

Will lesson materials be provided after each class?

Yes! Fern publishes PDFs, audio, notes and optional homework in your private Materials area after class. Materials are organised by lesson and accessible only to the students in that lesson.

Is homework assigned after class?

Homework is completely optional and based on your preference! Feel free to request homework for extra practice, or directly let me know if you prefer not to have any.

Can I ask questions or contact you outside of scheduled class times?

Absolutely! You are always welcome to reach out via email, and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
